Role Overview
We are looking for a Junior Prompt Engineer Specialist to help drive innovation and excellence in our natural language processing projects. As a part of our AI and data science team, you will craft and optimize prompts, manage language model behavior, and work closely with developers to enhance user interactions and ensure quality outputs. The role will focus on foundational tasks and learning from experienced team members. This requires C1/Professional English proficiency to facilitate effective communication within a global team.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in developing, testing, and refining prompts for AI applications.
Work with large language models to improve accuracy and user experience.
Collaborate with team members to ensure project goals are met.
Stay informed about advancements in prompt engineering and NLP, contributing to team best practices.
Qualifications

Google Gemini: Basic experience with Google Gemini for language model training and optimization.
bland.ai: Familiarity with bland.ai for prompt generation and management.
Python: Working knowledge of Python for prompt engineering solutions.
Spring Framework: Basic understanding of Spring for backend integrations.
Google Cloud Platform (GCP): Familiarity with deploying solutions within GCP environments.
1–2 years of experience in prompt engineering, NLP, or a related field.
Understanding of natural language processing and machine learning concepts.
Strong desire to learn and grow, with good problem-solving skills.
Professional-level English (C1) proficiency, with solid verbal and written communication.
Exposure to other NLP tools and libraries, such as TensorFlow.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
