The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manual testing, with some experience in automation testing being a valuable bonus. As the QA lead, you will be instrumental in establishing and managing QA processes, ensuring software quality, and driving best practices to deliver top-tier solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Lead QA Initiatives
Design, implement, and manage the QA strategy, ensuring all deliverables meet high-quality standards.
Define and enforce testing standards, methodologies, and best practices across projects.
Manual and Automated Testing
Conduct detailed manual testing for web and mobile applications.
Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to implement automated testing where applicable to enhance coverage and efficiency.
Quality Assurance Processes
Develop test plans, cases, and scripts tailored to project requirements.
Ensure thorough regression, integration, and performance testing.
Document and track bugs effectively, providing actionable feedback to the development team.
Leadership and Collaboration:
Mentor and guide QA team members to build a cohesive and efficient team.
Act as the primary liaison between QA, development teams, and project stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment.
Qualifications

Proven experience as a QA Specialist, with expertise in manual testing and some exposure to automation tools.
Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Experience in leading QA programs or teams.
Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex software systems.
Experience in testing web and mobile applications.
Familiarity with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress).
Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
A proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
Proficient in English at a C1 level (professional fluency).
