Role Overview
We are looking for Senior Prompt Engineer Specialists to help drive innovation and excellence in our natural language processing projects. As a part of our AI and data science team, you will craft and optimize prompts, manage language model behavior, and work closely with developers to enhance user interactions and ensure quality outputs. The role requires C1/Professional English proficiency to facilitate effective communication within a global team.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the development, testing, and optimization of prompts for AI-driven applications.
Leverage large language models to automate solutions and improve interaction accuracy.
Collaborate closely with AI and data science teams to meet project requirements with high-quality engineering solutions.
Provide mentorship to junior team members and contribute to establishing best practices.
Continuously stay updated on advancements in prompt engineering and NLP to drive innovation.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Experience with React, Node.js, and Data Engineering/AI.
Familiarity with Azure and handling Microsoft Office documents.
Ability to parse data from varied sources and integrate it into models.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Experience in the financial industry is preferred.
Fluent in professional-level English, both written and spoken.
Google Gemini: Expert in training and optimizing large language models with Google Gemini.
bland.ai: Proficient in bland.ai for generating, fine-tuning, and managing prompts.
Python: Advanced proficiency in Python for building and integrating prompt engineering solutions.
Spring Framework: Experience with Spring for backend integrations and prompt management.
Google Cloud Platform (GCP): Skilled in deploying and scaling solutions within GCP environments.
5+ years of experience in prompt engineering or NLP, with proven experience in deploying large-scale AI solutions.
Deep understanding of natural language processing, machine learning, and AI model tuning.
Strong problem-solving skills and an independent, proactive approach to project challenges.
Professional-level English (C1) proficiency, with excellent communication skills.
Knowledge of additional NLP libraries, such as TensorFlow or Hugging Face.
Prior experience in project leadership and a track record of strategic contributions.
